Domains, from day one

Every cheap email host makes the same trade: solid mail delivery, and a web client nobody enjoys opening. Every expensive one makes the opposite trade: a good client, per-seat pricing, and no way to automate any of it.
Emayler started because adding a domain should not mean a support ticket, a config file, and a wait. We wanted email that works the moment you point it at us, with an inbox we would choose on its own, and setup you can script.
So we host real mailboxes and let you send from any address on your domain without ceremony. Adding a domain takes minutes. If onboarding ever needs a config file or a deploy just to add a customer, we treat that as a bug and go fix it.
Never accept mail you cannot store
If our storage is temporarily down we tell the sender to retry. Accepting mail and then dropping it loses messages permanently, and that is the one outage customers do not forgive.
Quarantine, never discard
A real message caught as spam is something you can fix. A message silently deleted from your biggest client is not. Suspicious mail goes to a folder you can open.
Customers are separated at the storage level
Each organisation's mail is kept apart where the data lives, not just filtered out by the app. We test that boundary on every change, so one bug cannot leak mail across customers.
Adding a domain takes minutes, not a deploy
Any setup that needs a config change or a release just to add a customer caps how far we can grow. If onboarding needs more than pointing mail at us, the design is wrong.
We own receiving, we rent sending
Receiving mail is a technical problem and we run it ourselves. Sending mail is a reputation problem, so we hand it to a provider that keeps deliverability high.
Point your mail at us and receiving works in minutes. Sending switches on once we confirm your domain, which keeps reputation clean for everyone on the shared pool.
